The 2006 - 2007 NCAA College Basketball season has begun and the Kentucky Wildcats, who I will refer to as 'the Cats' started the season with some nice wins, a disappointing loss and a WHAT THE $#!& loss.

First 'the Cats' first three games were great, right now they are a young team with several freshmen in the ranks. The freshmen however, do not play like freshmen, I mean some small mistakes like ball handling, but the patience and focus, is like that of a seasoned player.

The disappointing loss......

UCLA 73 Kentucky 68:

What a game, it was the semi-final in the Maui Invitational. I have to say that I haven't seen 'the Cats' play as hard as they did that night. Overall the experience and patience of UCLA overcame 'the Cats'

That says it all, I didn't even bother watching the game (I recorded it on TIVO)

Oh well its a learning lesson, so lets hope to a good season.
