So my job, I have been passed over and over for promotion and not cause by job performance is bad or that I'm not qualified to do the job. My performance has been extraordinary, better than extraordinary in some cases. No I don't get the job cause "You are not personable" What?!?!

I'm not personable?????

And that has what to do with the price of tea in China?

Lets face it, I'm just not doing the countless number of things that I will not mention here (Must keep it clean). But I will let your minds wonder if you will, that is why I'm not getting the job. Because I'm not high in the popularity contest, I did not know I was still in High School, sorry for those of you that are. But you have got to be kidding me..... Oh well I will get the last laugh cause I have started looking outside of the company so lets see who is personable when I tell them....."I quit....I quit......I quit..."(snapping fingers)
