Hey. I'm new here! Awesome!
I have a fairly open-ended question, so if it's difficult to answer, I understand.
I need a game to play until Ninja Gaiden DS comes out. I'm a big fan of the action-adventure genre, but I'm also open to rpg's and the like. However, I'm unsure if I should get an rpg, since so many promising games from Square Enix are coming out this year, and I don't want to over-rpg myself. I would definitely go with Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, because I loved the first one so much and hold it as the greatest handheld game I've played to date, but I went into Dual Strike recently to have another go at it, and just felt a little tired of it.
Also, I WOULD go with Partners in Time because I thought Superstar Saga was a stellar game, but I hear it's VERY lengthy, and I would sort of rather be playing something less-first party oriented.
The key, to me, is fun factor. Here's what I've narrowed it down to, so to speak. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (I lost Dawn of Sorrow shortly into it, and I don't want to pick up the same game twice, silly as that rationale may be)
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker (It might be worth noting that I've never played a Dragon Quest game before)
Worms Open Warfare 2 (A little concerned with the fact that it might be too slow in the way that Advance Wars was when I re-picked it up)
Lunar Knights
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings (It might be worth noting I've never played a Final Fantasy game before)
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
Hotel Dusk: Room 215
Bomberman Land Touched! 2
And, I'll make an exception to the Nintendo rule with Yoshi's Island DS.
Again, thanks!
