GTA 4 is, by far, the best of the series... and that's saying something given the bar that Rockstar set for themselves. True, the graphics aren't as good as some other games like Oblivion, but given the attention to detail and the immense scale and scope of this game, it's a miniscule "flaw" that I will gladly and happily live with. And you can't judge the games graphics based on the pics, you have to see it in motion to fully appreciate the grand feel of the game and the details exhibited in a sunset, rainstorm, or lamplighted street. What's more? I don't know how I ever got by in previous GTAs without my cell phone. If I don't feel like dealing with traffic, I can just hail a taxi or have Roman send me one - a great option that only serves to enhance the realistic feel of the city. I haven't taken the subway/L-train much, but it's there. My only complaint is that the cops are a little too easy to out-fox, at least on the lower wanted levels. It's like they don't even care, man. All in all though, the game is phenomenal. The graphics are vastly improved, the attention to detail has made it worth the wait. Any nay-sayers with claims of Rockstar somehow failing to meet the mark are entirely without merit. Way to go, Rockstar!
