Try local shops for beginning... you need at least descent 400W power supply. Also dont waste money on new stuff - this pc is too old.

I suggest you try to buy some used stuff via craigslist or ebay if you are in states. If i where you i buy:

Be sure to check if your pc acceepts AGP or PCI-express video cards. Probably pci-express.
