It's a game about fox's, frogs, blue jay's, and other various animals having aerial battles. Seriously? I'ts not like theirs a stage thats set in NY and the Twin Towers could be crashed into upon the players choice. :/

It was the gameplay and the epic feel of the game that originally won people over. I remember seeing a trailer for it at a movie theater that totally blew me away, mostly because that was back in the days when there weren't any ads or commercials before movies other than movie trailers, so to see a game put on the same stage as movies was incredible. Those were very different times.[QUOTE="XNinjaPandaX"]
I still have it, and played it on my N64, and remember it as a long, confusing RPG. Are people excited about it just due to it being a classic? or is their something more. Because i doubt it was really the gameplay that won people over. -Gets flame shield- So, anyone care to explain why their so excited about it? I'm on the fence about buying it or not.

I'm excited about the 3DS version because it's been nearly a decade since I last played it, and I'm looking forward to experiencing it again with some polished visuals and the various 3DS features. And I think it'll look amazing in 3D.
But the gameplay feels so....linear. Its more tactical then anything. Solving puzzles, using your bow, really the gameplay just doesn't feel like something that would get me really excited.
