You guys really shouldn't bash someone's opinion.... it's not very kindly of you.

How would you feel if this was happening to you, this guy just wanted to make a statement about how much he likes Kane and Lynch compared to the fact that most people hate it...

If anyone bashing this guy in this thread has made a post about Halo 3 being a miserable game, I hope you got bashed for it...

Anyways, Kane and Lynch isn't the WORST game I've ever played, but I didn't like the demo very much.

Personally, I thought the cussing made it more realistic, as opposed to Gears or CoD4 (Both VERY good games) where a regular human being stands there and gets an entire clip fired into him without even grunting.

Guys, guns scare the crap out of people, and if you hate this game, stop blaming this guy for having an opinion... it's just wrong.

Yeah, but in all truth common sense would tell you that this would happen. I mean seriously, was he expecting everyone to jump on the bandwagon and agree with his opinion? It was a bold statement that was quite litteraly asking for trouble. Best thing to do is to simply not create threads like these, and to just simply keep your opinion to yourself.

I wouldn't be suprised if there is a Halo 4, after all there's too much money involved in Halo for a simple story to keep another one from coming around.

I don't know much about making a sequel, it could be more like a prequel (Like MGS3) involving an earlier event during the war. I think if anything though, a new Halo story should be more centered around Master Chief, not saving the galaxy again.

If anything though, I'd expect more spinoffs to the Halo universe. Something like Halo Helljumper with you playing an ODST or something of that nature.

I voted KOTOR simply because I never had the pleasure of playing some of the older RPGs back in their prime. Though I do remember KOTOR being a very memorable experience.

I agree about Oblivion being overrated. To say it's not linear is wrong... when in fact it very much is. The only difference is that the game places you in a big ole sandbox which really isn't all that interesting to look at. I foud myself using the fast travel features more often than not. However, the story was weak, and you never had much control as to how you could effect it. Dialogue was by far the worse feature, and I thought the lack of companions and characters that you could really grab onto made the world feel pretty lonely too. Dungeons and Oblivion Gates were pretty repetitive, in fact some had the exact same layout. Combat wasn't all that fun either, overall the game was extremely shallow. The only good part about Oblivion IMO are its mods.

I'd find a way to get em all if I were you. Otherwise it depends on what you're looking for. CoD4 for great multiplayer, Mass Effect for long, rich RPG with a stellar storyline, Assassin's Creed if you're looking to for good ole beat em up action adventure stealth game. Or you can look it at like so... Assassin's Creed is set medieval times, CoD4 in modern and Mass Effect in the far future. So are you interested in a historic setting, modern setting or Sci-Fi setting?

Still I intend to have all three by christmas.

Personally I wasn't suprised by the delay. It'd be great for the 360 if it did come out around now, but might be in for some serious sales competition with Halo 3 and other titles coming out this fall.

Yeah I'd go for the PC. Save yourself 10 extra bucks to start, not to mention I believe CoD4 Modern Warfare on the PC allows more players per server also. Another cool thing about the PC version (from what I remember of past CoD games) is the custom content such as maps and mini-mods that you can download upon entering a server. Unless for some reason the PC version is bugged or you don't have solid system specs, then by buying the 360 version IMO you'd be ripping yourself off.

That's interesting GeneralGeorge (the other post you made). I think there could be alot of female gamers out there, just not willing to expose themselves simply because we all know what happens when there's a chick on a server.

Hell... don't they have whole sites dedicated to female gamers?
