I took my ps3 to my friend's house to play it with a bunch of friends, he has a high def TV and an HDMI cable, I do not, I play my ps3 on a standard definition TV. When I hooked my ps3 back up to my TV I realized that it was not going to automatically detect the standard definition TV. So... If anyone could help me out here, I just need to know how to get it back to standard def output. Maybe what buttons to push to go through the menu? Or maybe there's anotherway, Idunno. I mean, I just got Assassin's Creed. I need to be playing that right now.
At first I was a little worried about the PS3, but it really seems to be gaining some momentum. It's finally getting some decent exclusives and all the really good looking games that are coming out (Borderlands, Fallout 3, GTA IV etc...) are on both PS3 and 360. So in the end I think PS3 will definitely have a better first year. Maybe even pull ahead in the console wars?
I'm just not quite sure why the Playstation 3 is doing so horribly. I know it's expensive, and I've heard that the cell processors are hard to develop games for, but that doesn't seem like enough reason for the PS3 to be doing so poorly. I remember a few months ago, before they released it, everyone seemed really pumped about it. So yeah, I don't know. I have one and I love the thing. So maybe someone can enlighten me? lol
