ll give u my oppinion. The xbox 360 has plenty to offer. u can get Mass Effect, Oblivion, Kameo,Assassins Creed, Two Worlds, Rock Band, Guitar Hero....MOst of these games have been in the gamespot top ten lately, or a while ago. But if u were to return the console. u wouldnt get loads of money, and wat would u buy? A PS3..ud be stuck in the same situation. lots of shootinng and racing, and a few action adventures....Or u could get the wii....which IMO sucks.......there are a couple good games. mario strikers charged. supermario galaxy, and the soon to come super smash bros. brawl.....but thats like the same ammount of games u could play on the xbox.
ive never actually done this . but i beleive its the disc grinding,so um take out th disc, and ull prob see a ring in the disc somewhere all the way around it like someone was grinding cricles into it. ur basically crewed out of the disc now, but what u could do to avoid this is put ur xbox horizontally, less chance of knowcking over, and ive heard it runs better
ROCK BAND.... as fun as guitar hero 3 is...if u have friends rock band owns it anyday. plus u can play the drums wich is reaaalally fun. vocals arent bad either. wen u play with 3 friends and crank up the voluumee. AMAZING.
It's an absolutley great game. if ur a fan of guitar hero, and u thought #3 was good, rock band has a somewhat similar soundtrack that is just as good or maybe better, and uses 4 instruments. for me the guitar wasnt as fun as the vocals or drums because im used to playing guitar. but it was still great. the guitar is pretty amazing too. all of the instrumennts feel great and arent that difficult to play unless u play on hard or expert. its a great games with 4 people especially. i played with two and it wasnt as fun. but with four, and the volume cranked up, its one of the best games eveer.
hard to say, but imo, from not playing anything, i would have to say halo 3, rock band, or mass effect. im not a big fan of bioshock, because it doesnt have any multiplayer, so it didnt reallycatch my eye, but rock band is tottally different, all 4 instruments...online, pretty crazy stuff, and mass effect, sounds soo big, with suchh good graphics, and sound, well just have to hope the gameplay is as good, and i realize that there isnt any multiplayer, but this game will take u soo long tobeat with all the side quests and free roaming, that u wont need online, and halo.....its halo, for starers.....tons of hype, and imo the hype is deserved, with tons of new weapons, bringing back old weapons, new game modes like forge, and just the ammount of fun and pride u earn from getting that killtrocity:D

games i reealllly want: halo 3 rock band guitar hero 3 call of duty 4 mass effect two worlds(i need the review gamespot....and for it to come out in canada....) half life two orange box timeshift army of two brothers in arms hells highway(havent heard much about it, but looks really good)
games that i might want in the future: strangle hold skate bioshock NHL 08 americas army true soldiers assassins creed (in between games i really want and games i might want, im iffy about it)
its not underhyped, and its not really overhyped.id say its fine the awy it is..ive played the beta and enjoyed it alot, the adding of new game modes and complete customization, is going to rock.single player...im ugnna luv that too , caus ive liked the h2 single player, and h3 souinds like its gunnna gett better.there is a very samll chance that bungie can ruin this game.and i like how they arent releasing too much info, so when i actually get the game, everything will be a surprise for me...the only bad part is, it comes out, right after school strats, so thats gunna suck.ummm. yeah.
halo 1 and 2, prepare for the awesomeness of halo 3!!!. the single player story on both is hard to follow at times, but its real fun. thats wat i would recomend.caus by the time ur done both, i think halo 3 should be out, unless u play then all through 1 day, which is prob possibl if u put ur minnd to it.
some of u people actually beleive the fact that games can effect people and make them crazy. honestly, im 13 and ive been playing mature rated games for a long time. when i was 8 i was playing teen games offline. I am definately not the type of kid that will bring a gun to school and start shooting the place up. its not kids that the games need to be kept away from, its the people that have problems. whether their completely mentally challenged, or they just have a really bad case of ADHD, they are the ones that will caus problems. there are probably 1 in 1000 kids who actually get violent because of games...u can trash my voice and things, but dont start ranting about us not being able to play these games.
i watched the microsoft press conference and the nintendo conference.Comparing the two i thought that microsoft dominated at this years E3. Thats just my opinion... For WiiFit to be their big launch title? I know that super smash bros. and mario kart are coming out..... But the Xbox just has sooo much. Halo 3, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed. Can nintendo compare. Their games just dont appeal to the hardcore gamers. I was going to buy a Wii too. Im happy I didnt, because i wouldve been very upset with the nintendo wii lineup.
