I played the PC demo and tried the Wii version at gamestop, the Wii version is 10x better, the remote as a wand just adds a lot to the game.. mouse-wanding wasn't fun or intuitive at all.
Scarface is more fast paced and action-packed, Godfather is more business oriented and structured. I loved Godfather, and I'm half way thru Scarface now, so far I think I personally like Godfather better. For control/setting/acting reasons.

I'm getting at how people around here tend to treat any game that doesn't score 8.5 and up as if it wasn't worth looking at, which is sheep behavior if I ever saw it. Much like how the popular music industry ignores a lot of the lesser known bands because they don't have the high profile of more established ones.
And Trauma Center doesn't really interest me, sorry guys. Not sure why, just don't.
