This is hardly a fair comparison. First of all, you set the PC up for 1920x1080 resolution (which is the same resolution that 1080p displays at), yet for the consoles they are both set to only display at 720p (1280x720) regardless of the game that is being played. I can guarantee at least one or two of the games compared, if not all of them, are capable of displaying in 1080p through HDMI. Secondly, the computer, as was stated, cost significantly more than the consoles. I'd say for a fair comparison you build a rig that costs around 600 to 700 dollars (and believe me, it's VERY possible), and set it as high as it will go, and then set the consoles to match. If the PC can't get up to 1920x1080 then you set it to 1280x720, and then compare to the consoles at 720p. Otherwise set both up for 1080p and see what results you get. I'm not going to say that PC still won't look a little better, with features like texture mapping, anti-aliasing, and image softening computers still probably have the edge. However, if you do a closer, more fair comparison, I guarantee you people will see how close these systems really are getting at competing number for number with the PC.
