Can't Contribute? I thought that was the point!

So at first I was upset because I couldn't figure out to work the website. Then I was upset because I couldn't figure out how to contribute. Thankfully the USER-(not staff)-created FAQ solved my problems. Then I was having trouble ever getting my contributions reviewed because apparently I didn't have enough points for the editors to ever see them. I needed points to get seen, I needed to get seen to get points. Well, all was fine and dandy when I decided I would wait for my stuff to get reviewed before I started ranting off and complaining because I've submitted over 180 contributions and only 18 of them have been reviewed over a period of two weeks thus leaving me stuck with the same level and the exact amount of points I've had since I joined in mid-June. NOW THEY TELL ME THAT I CAN'T CONTRIBUTE BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE A LEVEL ONE DESIGNATION. HOW THE HELL DO THEY EXPECT ANYONE TO EVER GET OUT THE TRENCHES TO ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING CONSTRUCTIVE FOR THIS SITE IF THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR SUCH THINGS TO HAPPEN! They told me to post some reviews and blog entries, which I've done, and none of it has affected my points or percentage number up by my icon. I'd like to congratulate those of you who got here on day one and scooped all the points and are the editors of so many shows that you don't even want them all anymore. The rest of us have to find obscure facts and wait two months with pending submission status to get a point in edgewise. okay... I'm gonna go take a walk now and try not to lose what's left of my sanity. P.S. These people have lost it so much that the page that informed me of the recent development read "Minimum Level For Contriubtions Not Met"... Spell Check anyone? Try looking at that eyesore at the top of the page in huge red letters. And the spell check doesn't recognize the word "blog."
