Yes, you REALLY can get for excited for this vid. Somehow this is one of the most exciting things I've seen this week. Mario Kart Wii was a let down to me and Wii U hasn't really grabbed my attention much yet. I always knew it eventually would, but now I am actually excited about getting a Wii U and this game!! It jsut looks like pure fun, stuffed with fun, wrapped in fun, and covered in fun.

Except you can walk into any electronics store and buy a Smart TV or blu ray player with Voice Recognition for quite some time now. So, the new xbox can do it also now, which is nice but still.

They should have wowed us with some games but really only to drown out all the crap they spewed at us. Its like they took a survey of what we don't want in a console and put all the bad together and said here you go, 'ta da!'

@HappyBB I like to get things cheap too... but that doesn't mean they don't have value. $16 for FFIV on iPad is really a great deal. Some others may be overpriced, but most are pretty fair. You can have fun with $0.99 games and some are great, but there is a quality difference reflected in the price generally. I will pay more for for robust games.

@Zignoff Fortunately they messed up and chose to catrer soley to your kind. Permadeath is part of this series and is quite impactful. But I guess you can be happy that they are at least adding a mode without it. But I will certainly play with it!

They are referring to their Project Copernicus which is in MMO in the Amalur world.

Only 45 songs.... that is more than dissapointing. Nonetheless, I will have to see how this game turns out. I am willing ot pass if it doesn't do justice, and if it misses out on too many of my favorite songs of all time.
