Hey fellow DSers! I've bought myself a Cobalt Blue/Black DS Lite. I have a Cisco Valet wireless N router set up in my home (WEP2). When I try to get on the shop in WarioWare DIY on Wi-Fi, it won't let me. I go to the wireless settings on my DS, and try to search for my router. I find it, enter my WEP key, and confirm it. I proceed to the next step (the connection test) and it totally fails. I called Nintendo customer service and they told me that the DS Lite is only compatable with wireless B routers. I was surprised. I went to my local Fry's Electornics store and asked the video game associate about it. They said wireless B routers are not made any more and my Valet N router SHOULD work with my DS Lite. I also researched online, to find that many routers are compatable with the DS Lite (including B, G, and N). So, why won't my router work with my DS? I've been trying to solve this problem for a while but can't. Can you guys help? Thanks!
Cool, thanks. Metroid Prime seems sort of like Halo and I'm not too big a fan of it. I own both Modern Warfare games for my PS3. Thanks for your input, I'll definetly look into Metroid Prime.
Hey, fellow DSers! I want to get a good FPS for my new cobalt blue DS Lite. I was scouring the game websites and online retailers and found a handful of different games. I narrowed it down to a couple choices. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Mobilized, and Metroid; Hunters (?). I can't decide which one is better. There's no review on COD: Modern Warfare Mobilized here on Gamespot. So, I was wondering if I could get help here on the forum. Thanks in advance!
Hey, guys. My dad bought me a cobalt blue nintendo DS Lite yesterday (I know, I'm getting it right when they're discontinuing it--just like my Gameboy SP). He also bought me the new WarioWare D.I.Y. game (which I've fallen madly in love with). Anyway, I went to the distibution center in the game, that's where you go to download other games from WarioWare or other users, and I can't get onto the store. We tried setting up the WFC to our wireless network in the house. We have the new Valet Plus router. We KNOW that we put in the right WEP key and everything correct. When we tried it, it said the settings were wrong or something. We tried resetting the WEP key for the router and trying again but it wouldn't work still. That's my main problem/question. My other question was about the friend codes. I know they are how friends connect their DSs for games and stuff (right?) and they are pretty long. I don't know where to find mine. I really appreciate the help, thanks in advance. --ZachLeeWright (not my real name; sounds like exactly right) P.S. I paid for the DS and game. My dad bought it then I paid him back. It took me 8 months to save up the money, but it was soooo worth it. :D
