The PS3 needs it's own unique games otherwise it's just a clone of the XBOX360. The worser clone. Sony are dumb for letting this go. Ultimately it will lead to PS3 losing sales and XBOX360 gaining more. Now PS3 has such a lackluster exclusive RPG line up while 360 gets all the goodies.

If your going to argue that sony hasn't done a good job on 1st party games then yea. But I'm sorry but last time I check Square was a third party company. If they want to expand there brand. They should. Its a pretty lame arguement to get mad because now 360 owners can enjoy a great series. And they don't have to spend 399+game. Where is the blow? It would be the same thing if that was Halo or Gear of war. Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo need to focus more on 1st party games not 3rd party games. Did the madden seriss lose value by being multi-platform game? And the answer is no.

i mean the whole sqaure enix incident hit me hard and im sure to other people as well. one would figure that after confirming that ff13 WILL be a ps3 exclusive then pulling out just sucks. now sony has to pull a miracle tommorow or else the sony forums WILL be hearing from the xbots... it better be like SONY BUYS EXCLUSIVITY FOR GEARS OF WAR or something..
