You are forgetting something guys. Social games on facebook and sort get popular specially cause they get used at the same instances than solitaire or minesweeper. That means, normal people killing the boredom on work times or lunch times. You wont play god of war III or any console game on those instances cause those people are normally doing other stuff instead of playing. Also, those people are actually non gamers. So its obvious any person who has a console or pc and plays games constantly (like me and most of you guys/girls), would find those games boring cause of the lack of plot, sounds, gameplay, etc. However those games where designer for the average guy that its bored on the office, and they make their entertaiment work very well.
