So....why exactly should I go out and get this if it's only going to give me a 2 fps increase? I really don't know why so many people hate on Vista. As soon as I turned off UAC it basically felt like a beefier XP with smoother, prettier looking graphics... I mean...if were arguing about memory usage in a day and age where 6-8 gigs of ram is standard...what exactly is the point?

I could care less about motion controlling. It's a gimick, and it will always be a gimick. A hardcore gamer who cares about min-maxing his online stats is NEVER going to care about motion sensing, ever. Here's the run down: Microsoft presents based on popularity, meaning anything it ever presents will always generally fair well in the publics eye. Sony has always, and will always, present based on what it feels is QUALITY not what it feels is popular. This means, while the majority of its games will be of a higher quality, they might not fair well against the "stupid" consumers.

The reason these were GS picks is because they probably didn't go to any other booths during the whole show. That's impartial reporting for you lol GS hires some of the worst writers I've seen on the internet to date lol

God, I don't even know why I read some of GS articles sometimes. A lot of them just blatantly massage MS's e-peen. The majority of online reviews for MS's "Project Natal" was that it was waaaaay behind both Nintendo's and Sony's venture into motion detection and camera tech.
