Is it just me, or was the ending extremely unsatisfying? It just kind of... fizzled out. The celebration after Shadar was defeated was much better, but after the last boss dies it just kind of ends with some lame lines. Not to mention Oliver going home.. to what? That was something I didn't get, did the neighbors just think he was living home alone supporting himself? (It didn't bother me, just kind of funny) Also, starting at about the second half of the game I kept looking forward to more animated cut-scenes, but none really happened. Not even at the end, what the hell? The beginning spoiled me with those haha. :(
Any other thoughts on the end? Don't get me wrong, I loved the game and was completely enthralled through most of it. Maybe it was just so long that that went away.

Thanks for the suggestions! I kind of forgot I made this topic.

I remember seeing Bloodmoon before, but I'm not gonna buy a game and expansion just for the expansion. Plus I'm getting Elder scrolls IV soon.

Judging on the review, I'd say no to Jaws.

Deadly creatures looks pretty fun, and I have a wii.. I might get it.

Bad Mojo looks very odd, probably not gonna get it but I still like odd things.

Echo isn't for pc(I think?), I have spore, but I've heard of Okami and that does look good.

Thanks again, if you have anymore feel free to post them. :)

And I mean realisic, not crash bandicoot or sonic the hedgehog. Something along the lines of the free game WolfQuest, except actually finished/more stuff - a full game. It doesn't have to be a life simulation, but still realistic. Unfortunately most games that involve animals are for children..

Does anyone know of any games like this? Preferably fairly good graphics, and not too old. I found a few but they were from the 90s.

I don't have it on Steam, and if I uninstall and reinstall would I lose my progress in Point Lookout?

go here: http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/121/00000tree.png

Is it normal for half the trees to look like that? I have my graphic settings with everything up all the way, and nowhere in the Capital Wasteland was anything nearly that blurry. It just annoys me.. a lot.

Is that how everyone sees it? Pretty disappointing if it is.. considering there's a fully detailed tree right next to the blurred one. Odd.

I don't know what would be wrong though, if it's just me, but it probably is.

I'm looking for a game (preferably newer/good graphics) where you play the role of a murderer. I don't mean just killing things like every other game, but something similar to GTA, except more on the killing aspect. Like you can torture your victims or whatnot. And realistic as well, like not a fantasy setting. Are there any games you can recommend like that?

mirriorman

theres this game called "you need help"but try naughty bear which will be out around next year

I don't think I'll try this "you need help" game, though I'm looking for one where you play as a human.

Also, are there any games where you play as a werewolf?

I'm a female who's been playing games all her life, and play more than just Wii sports/fit. So don't think all women gamers just like that kind of stuff.. I like games any guy would.

[QUOTE="Zeppelyn"]

My favorite is probably Twilight Princess because I like the more realistic take on the graphics, as well as the darker storyline. I pretty much like all of it.. Other favorites are OOT and MM.

My least favorite is Wind Waker. I don't like the cartoony style and many parts of the game were boring and repetitive, like sailing all accross the ocean. I didn't even finish it (I did get pretty far mind you).

I've never played any handheld Zelda games either, except a few old ones.

Oilers99

You should try to appreciate the style of Wind Waker; it's executed with more style and vision than the also visually excellent Twilight Princess, and its stylish and playful landscapes are a treat on the eyes. As for the accusation of repetitiveness, I must ask, do you consider activities such as fishing and hiking to be boring?

I didn't say I don't appreciate the style, I do. It's just not my type.

And real life activities like that are much different than in a game, no I don't think they're boring. In a game you can travel on and on but you know it's just programed to be the same stuff, once you've seen it all there's no more. Hiking is different.
