Wrong, I'm in the central time zone and I just restarted my PS3 and now I'm downloading it as I speak. I think it appears under the network tab, it's not in the store or anything. The file is only 77 MB too.

I got this monitor for Christmas and was trying to get it to scale down a 1080p signal but had no luck. It did however display a 1080i signal, which is weird. Any ideas?
I got the HP w2207 for Christmas and I love it!

Hmm, well try stretching the screen using the monitor controls (the actual buttons on the monitor). I don't know if your monitor is a crt or lcd flat screen but there should be those type of options on both with the latter being more limited. plus your monitor is going to have black bars across the the top and bottom (it should assuming your monitor isn't widescreen), so it shouldn't fill the whole screen since (also assuming you put the video output settings on the PS3 to 720p) it's a widescreen resolution. hope this helps.
On a side note, I used to use a vga convertor for my lcd and didn't like because it would strecth the image vertically to fill the screen making everything look tall and skinny. What I've been using up until recently was an old crt monitor and I fould that to be better because I could vertically shrink the image displayed on the screen to get the correct aspect ratio. While the video didn't fill the whole screen, it was definitely better because proportionally correct. What I use now is a lcd widescreen monitor with HDCP (some security thingy) so I can now run the video through an HDMI cable with a DVI adapter, works flawlessly :D
