Thanks, I did try this, and it still didn't work. Ended up locking out my modem and I had to reinstall it on my cpu, I'll try again, but I really dont think this will help, I just think it's a problem that'll have to wait for a patch or something. If anyone else has any ideas I'm open to suggestions.

Ok, if two player wont work til they get an update then why is it that I still cannot create a game for people to join, or do you think this is part of the same problem?

So I've got R2 and its great. I can play online by myself just fine in both cooprative and competitive. But when I try to create a game or play 2-player co-op with my buddy it says either "Error Creating Game" or boots me off with a strange error message that ends in a large number like 000063472, the reason I havent told you the exact number is because the number changes in the error message everytime. I just wanna play online with my buddy sitting next to me instead of over the net! THanks in advance for any help.

Ya it's too easy and a bit short. Also they don't allow two-player co-op, I mean wtf?! That was the best part of RFoM. But I guess the online makes up for it, different is good in some respects.

The point is to go online and share your creations and check out what others have made as well. It is a great place to test and see creativity.wooooode

Ok.... So what's the point to creating and sharing if the levels always put everyone to sleep? I mean are you guys really getting into the game when you play? Like jumping around and cheering when a level does something unique? Cuz with the way that game seemed to progress, I couldn't imagine that happening. I literally did nothing but jump over stuff for an hour! Are there crazy bosses or challenging puzzles or something in other levels that I've just missed?

Ok, so I've read the reviews and seen the hype for this silly little game. I can totally see why it would be good for an 8yr old, but please tell me how this game doesn't put the older gaming generation to sleep. I played this game for about an hour the other day, and all I did was run to the right, jump over some lava, find a funny hat, and put a huge sticker on a board to get some bubbles that I guess are xp points or something of that sort. All I have to say is, even with the level creator, which is very unique and amazing, WTF guys! How can you stay awake while playing this game. I'm no testosterone laden jock, in fact, I'm a closet Hello Kitty fan, but besides it's cuteness and lv creator what the hell do you see in this game? I'd rather pull out my NES and play some Mario 3 if I'm gunna play a platform, least it's actually fun to run through. Please please please help me understand why everyone thinks this is sooooooooooooooooo amazing.

The only reason to get a PS3 over and xbox, games wise anyway, is for MGS4 and the Resistance series. The Blu-Ray is the main reason I got a PS3 over an xbox, and it's completly worth it. Most decent games eventually come out for both. You're only gunna miss Halo and Gears for the xbox, but they are awsome games.

***** GIANTBOMB LITTLEBIGPLANET REVIEW *****

5 STARS

JEFF wrote a very good review.

dude, GOTY

its second place on metacritic RIGHT BEHIND GTA4, and gamers displayed a big disconnect from the critics, but thats much different than LBP, everyone seems to agree and the community online is amazing.

PhysicsLCP

I think the critics are dead on with this game. LBP is simply amazing. I don't know what all the fuss was about with GTAIV. I didn't like it one bit.

I'm with ya there about GTA4 but I'm sorry LBP is a snooze fest. It's like watch paint dry. I'm gunna go kill some aliens while you guys play dress up and put stickers on things, PEACE OUT!

So the new co-op campaign doesn't have a good story or something??urio1

It's more like no story and completly different game play. Very hard, and you have to level up like an RPG. It's totally meant for 8 people, and I'm sure its fun. But it's not good for 2 player co-op.
