Is that a mistake or what ? I think 360 is 360 with a HD cable and a memory card

I think www.play.com has a better deal than that, but i wonder if they can send over to Greece things other than games

Sony Playstation 3 PS3 Console With 60GB HDD & 3 Games (MotorStorm / Genji / Resistance: Fall of Man) + FREE HDMI cable + Click (Blu-Ray)

Ok, so I played the PS3 for the first time this weekend.  I can't say that I am all that impressed with it at this point.  The games that I played were Virtua Fighter 4, Resistance, Blast Factor and the demos for MotorStorm and GT:HD.

I didn't get a chance to play this system on my HDTV so seeing it in HD may change my opinion.  Virtua Fighter 4 was cool, but nothing new to the series except upgraded graphics.  Blast Factor was a complete ripoff of superior games on Xbox Live Arcade (Geometry Wars & Mutant Storm).  MotorStorm and GT were pretty games, but nothing great from them.  I was unimpressed with Resistance.  Now I only got to play the multi-player so the single player campaign might change my mind, but I did not like how the controls were mapped at all.  Maybe I just don't like the PS3 controller because I am so used to playing FPS games on the 360, but with all the buttons available on the PS3 I'd think they could find a better way to lay them out.  My biggest gripe is changing weapons.  You have to hold down a trigger button and use the analog stick at the same time...cumbersome.

I didn't care for the user interface on the main page of the PS3.  Yes it's quite similar to the PSP interface (which works well on that system), but I don't think it worked well for the PS3.  I just find the 360 has a far superior user interface...except for downloading content.  I guess I am also used to signing in with the X button on the 360 controller and it just felt like the PS3 was missing that or maybe I didn't notice it.

Now after all these negative points, I must say I found the sixaxis controller interesting.  The only chance I really got to use it was in Blast Factor.  I thought it was kind of neat how the controls were integrated into the game.  I can see some serious potential in this contoller.  That being said, I missed the vibration in Virtua Fighter and I think it would've been a nice addition for Resistance.

I still plan on purchasing this system in the future when more software is available, but for now I'm taking a pass.  It's fun playing on someone else's system for now but I see no need to own one at this point in time.

Play them on HD, PS3 will get tons of games in near future too, like MGS4, Ninja Gaidne Sigma, God of War 3 etc
