You can either use a credit card to buy microsoft points through your 360 or go to a electronic store and buy a microsoft point card, which you can enter the code on your 360, the points are what you use to buy things
actually bio-shock if you xbox 360 is from 2005 what most people don't know is the best buy replacement plan covers you as many times as long as it's under manufacture warranty...since microsoft extended it to 3 years the best buy replacement plan for all 2005 systems is covered compelete 2 years return as much as you need to.
I am customer service for best buy, tell him you got the ring of death then go get your premium box tell him you need to switch hard drives and your done...just don't forget you game in the system. had a few people do that before...
and for the manfacture defect it isn't whoever was behind the counter was a complete moron

A friend of mine is playing halo 3 beta right now because he works for MS...... I censured his name for privacy..... He told me that the gameplay is the same of halo 2..... better graphic and more gravity!!!!!
If your wondering how you could be playing with someone when they are listed offline, that is because they have set their privacy setting to appear offline
