Perfect Fifth: What You Won't Discover on Topics of Zuri

ROAR I'm playing Tag, and my orders are to tell you (very lucky people, if I may prematurely add), five things, objects, events, or whatever, that you don't know about me. SO, in order to avoid riots, I'll get right to it.

Zuri has terrible eating habits, and my diet is probably as terrible as it can possibly be - thank god for my metabolism ^^

Zuri is a sucker for emotional piano songs, and movies with sad endings.

Zuri is the ruler of a fictional world, Shipanzaland, and also holds a dictative position in the fictional land of Shipachel.

Zuri is admitably obsessed.

Zuri is incredibly shy about things that he feels are very important to him.

Erm, I'll stop wasting your time =P

Dancing for Rain

Farewell spring break, aloha busy April 08. For most people, springtime is the time when schedules become packed and sex drive is lost in your current work. For students, this could be because of finals, last minute projects, research papers, or even the inability to concentrate on whatever is important. School safety websites will argue that this is because of "prolonging stress throughout the school year." But what most people don't look past the opening statement of spring stress. While this time can be frustrating and a most un-fun experience, at the same time it can be an eye opening experience, or just a review if you've obtained enough time to sit around and actually think about it. In my eyes, springtime is a remarkable event, yes, the entire season. And no, it has nothing to do with the sappy blooming flowers and 'LOVE IS IN THE AIR!' Beleive me, that's the last thing I like about it. So what's remarkable about it? Think of the last timed test you took. Sure you might have been a bit nervous about not finishing in time, or having to hurry through the last of it. At least in my experiences, I've found that it never comes down to that. So why bring it up? Yes, I realize that some people DO in fact not finish their test, or even have to hurry through it. But if you actually put a LITTLE work into preparing for it, you have nothing to fear. How so !

Survival. A human being is able to do an incredible amount of things in their time of need. Sort of like the grandma's lifting a car off of their grandson. Okay, a bit of an exaggeration. But like it or not, survival is an instinct and not something you have to learn how to do. Just pulling it out of your ass is how I like to put it. So wait, what does this have to do with springtime, l2make sense.

Actually, it has everything to do with springtime. Tons of people become stressed out when they're bogged down, and if they put in a faithful attempt, it all turns out fine. Too much school work? Keeping at it will allow you to slowly chip away at the bigger picture. Though people can pull remarkable things out of the air, many people lose faith in themselves and throw in the towl. This is exactly where they go wrong. Throwing in the towl and losing all motivation only sets you back a few miles, and although you can recover from a short term slump, it's not recommended by any one (in the right mind at least) who has experienced an extended "downtime."

So the next time you hear someone say "i've got too much **** to do, it's just impossible to finish." They're probably just being a sucker, and not trying hard enough. Putting the effort into anything will give you some outcome of satisfaction.

In other news, a prostitue workshop in Uganda was terminated this week, sparking a debate about regulating prostitution in the country.

Soul of a New Machine

As I'm virogously typing these familiar words on a worn keyboard, sunrise is breaking on the western horizon. Apparently, this can be quite fun, and not as time consuming as some would think. For customary purposes, I suppose I'll let you know a little about my mysterious self. I'm a simple 19 year old broke college kid, just a needle in the hay. I'm over the top and have little care for most things big and small. I'm addicted to music, it's powerful ways, it's magnificent pulse, and is possibly what I treasure most of all the barn animals and fast food restaurants. My current setting is a small dorm room in eastern Pennsylvania, a tiny town for most, and a hectic lifestyle for all. I currently hold no job so my source of income does not exist, just milking what I've made in previous endeavors I suppose. In short, I am a man on the edge of everything. Okay, that wasn't fair. I'll refrain from stealing Dark Tower quotes for the sanity of us all.

Apart from that I'm probably just like you. I'd assume that if you're actually reading this you have at least SOME interest in the vast world of video games, or technology and computers..at least I'd hope so. On that note, I can find at least some sense of "fun" or "enjoyable moments" from virtually any game, unless it's mini put gold on addicting games, because all that really does is fill my heart with despair. Currently I'm breaking my addiction to World of Warcraft (laugh alllll you want), and WTfpwnzorzing in the glory of Super Smash Bros. Brawl (even though my skills are incredibly limited), with a bit of getting my PC up and running so I can pop in The Witcher (don't ask). BUT I haven't even mentioned that I'm a mid-school Final Fantasy fanatic, mid-school being 7 - 10. I suppose you could say that the characters I enjoy most from that generation, or maybe because Nobuo Uematsu's greatest compositions are from this era. Or it could be that Square Enix destroyed my hopes of another game of that quality.

On that note, 5:11 am makes me ill at heart and reminds me that things must be tended to. I must admit I'm excited for our blogofic bonds and my completely useless scrabbling words, and I look forward to our next encounter.
