Morning Cardio days:
- Pre-cardio: BCAA/Glutamine
- Breakfast: Multivitamin, EFA, CLA, Green Tea Extract
- Mid-day: HMB
- Dinner: CLA ,Cod Liver Oil
- Pre-workout: NO, HMB, Creatine, Green Tea Extract
- Post-workout: Protein, HMB
- Late meal: CLA
- Before bed: HMB, EFA, EAA,ZMA, Glutamine
Post-workout Cardio days:
- Breakfast: Multivitamin/EFA/CLA/Green Tea Extract
- Mid-day: HMB
- Dinner: CLA/Cod Liver Oil
- Pre-workout: NO, HMB, Glutamine, Green Tea Extract
- Intra-workout: BCAA
- Post-workout: Protein, HMB, Creatine
- Late meal: CLA
- Before bed: HMB, EFA, EAA, ZMA, Glutamine
So in total, daily intakes will be:
- 3 CLA
- 4 HMB
- 1 Creatine
- 1 NO
- 1 Protein
- 1 EAA
- 1 BCAA
- 2 Glutamine
- 2 Green Tea Extract
- 1 ZMA
- 1 Multivitamin
- 1 Cod Liver
- 2 EFA
Yikes. Total of 15 pills, and 6 scoops of various powders. YAY
