The first thing I saw of E3 this year was the Microsoft press conference live. I enjoyed the almost the whole thing. Black Ops, MGS: Rising, and Gears of War 3 caught my eye the most. I loved Kinect until I saw the games coming out for it. They're all exact replicas of the dumb old Wii sports and party games. But I believe that there will be something great done with this technology. The new X-Box was pretty awesome. I like to call it the 360 "Slim" because it is similar to Sony's evolution of the PS3.

Next was the Nintendo press conference. The only things I saw that I liked were Zelda, and the 3DS. I think that the 3DS is going to be awesome. I'm already planning to buy it for it's great games coming out for it like Zelda: OoT, Kingdom Hearts, Star Fox, MGS, and more.

I never watched the Sony press conference or any other ones. I wasn't too interested because neither me nor any of my friends own a PS3. I believe Microsoft and Nintendo surpass Sony with a big step. I won't list all of my many problems with Sony here because this is an E3 post, not a console battle.

By the end of E3 I was quite satisfied. It was a good year.
