Not really into sports, but I do watch an occasional (american) football game with my dad and brother. I think watching them lose it over an interception or fumble is far more entertaining than any game.

I could watch MSNBC, CNN, CNBC, FOX and my local news 24/7, and I still wouldn't know what the hell was going on half the time.:?

I had a psych professor who once talked about something called Low Frustration Tolerance, which is exactly what it sounds like, someone who gets frustrated extremely easily and may tend to overreact. I've often thought I might have that.

But then again, if I have to stand in line for more than 15 minutes (yay christmas!), I see other people lose it far worse than myself, so who knows.
