This would definately be my pick of top games - ever, even as a female (so stick that in your "killing hookers are bad" pipe and smoke it, feminists!). Yes, subsequent GTA's were to get bigger and better, but the fact that you knew nothing about this guy except for the fact that his girlfriend (who in SA we found out was Catalina) had dicked him in a bank robbery, made the story. He had no background, no friends and no family. Therefore no morals or expectations. This is the game that started a revolution, and that revolution is still surprising fans and critics alike.
