I'm sure after all the complaints on 08 that 09 will be far much better and they better put jeff gordon or montoya on the cover. LoL

EA owns the exclusive license for NASCAR. There won't be another company making NASCAR games for years. EA owns exclusive licenses to over 10 sports(or related player unions).
