All right so I ran COD WaW on my PC and on my PS3 (I know it's an old game for PS3 so don't hammer me) and it was a LOT better on my PC to the point where I will never look at my PS3 the same way. However, the frame rate wasn't good on my PC since I put the top settings, so what possible way is there toboost up the frame rate to anacceptablerateyet not reduce the graphics too much on my graphics card?

oh and how much would windows 7 take off of my memory considering that I have windows vista?
Thanks guys for telling me, cause my computer was built for other reasons such as 8gb ram DDR2 and a 10ghz processor quad core but not video card...
I was going to get a better graphics card but I changed my mind because my computer was actually a great deal ($700). But since I play PS3 from a very close distance, it just looks like trash. So I might buy games on my PC instead of PS3 - now only some games like the new Battlefield and some car games -, so I need to know if my graphics card could produce graphics better than my PS3.
As far as I know, PS3 is actually a LOT worse in graphics than XBOX360 and PC. But that's only if you have the right PC...
at what?
I am using HDMI on PS3 on 1080p on 60Hz and a VGA 1920x1080 on 60Hz. (Another question, on run:dxdiag, it says that my graphics card has 493 mb, but when i bought by computer it came with appx. 1 gb. Is this how much is left?)
I have a PS3 hooked to a 24 inch HP monitor with full HD and a computer with NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB video card (I think it's integrated but not sure "DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC") with an Intel Core 2 Quad processor @ 2.50 GHz. Also, I have Windows Vista home premium - not windows 7. So which one would look better when using the same monitor?
Usually I never believe people who forward messages but i kept on getting messages that sony decided to make us pay for playstation network. Is there any documented proof that sony said anything like that?
See I bought my hdmi cable for 5 dollars, and I have a ps3. When I hook up my ps3 to my monitor, the resolution is set at 1080p, but when I play COD, it looks a lot worse. It's still 1080 though. When I go over to my friend's house who has an Xbox, it looks a lot better. So could this mean that Xbox has better graphics in COD than ps3, or is it that my hdmi is getting old?
Do HDMI cables such as the monster cables and official Microsoft/sony cables make a difference in picture quality verses the cheap ones you find on ebay and amazon?
