While I really enjoyed reading what you wrote there and trying to defend why the game suck (sales wise), I can say that the main, and maybe only, reason why the sales was bad is due to their policy. The execs or whoever is in charge there is getting greedy beyond believe.

Why didn't people buy it? most know that in few months we'll get the super dooper ultra edition with extra stuff and cheaper price tag. There will be on disk DLC. and the paid Gem fiasco. Seriously Capcom? the 60$ dollars for the game is not enough? although in their defense most other companies doing that too (I'm looking at you Ninja Gaiden 3, one weapon and the rest are DLC for an action game? is this the new trend for action games now?)

I can't blame them though.... blame the morons who pay for this $hit... they dont get that if they don't buy it those companies won't use this tactic again. Sure, some DLCs are worth getting, but extra weapons for an action game? are you freaking kidding me?
