get the 560, also the oc 560 can match the performance with 570.

gtx 460 is good, but it does not worth spending 110$ extra for it

since u are going to use ur pc in 1024*1280 resolution moniter

gts 450 is enough for u(it is 10% more powerful than gts 250)

also i can assume the condition of computer market there, because i live in india and i find only limited high end stuff in the market and e-stores sell the products in high prices.

get gtx 460 768mb for 119$, it is better than 5770 and available in newegg.

dont go with that gpu man, 5850 is a generation behind and cant play directx11 titles smothely, get something like 6950,6970, or nvidia 560,570.

cpu i7-2600k is the best cpu but i suggest get i5-2500k with gtx 570 with that price
