Living in Japan I avoided any hype and played through it co-op which made it all the more fun and draged the experience out over 3 weeks. So yeah, id did alot better than 2, ended it all okay. Sure I prefered 1 but it was only ever going to be more of the same right?!?

Mostly a platformer, but if your in 2 minds I wouldnt recomend it (for what its worth) get the points and get classic Mario if thats the kind of game your looking for...

You dont use the menus much (at least I didnt), there is a lot of (some times funny) text. But I was hoping for a classic Mario and was disappointed. Finished it in about 18 hours though so I suppose it cant be too bad...
