Anyone who thinks the PS3 was a failure really knows nothing about gaming consoles. Its easily the most progressive of the three consoles. It has some really killer titles and when it decided to do motion control the responsiveness was much better than both the kinect and the wii.
I haven't checked and this is slightly off topic but who the heck would give a 7.5 to infamous 2...thats a bad reviewer. The 3ds is a modern virtuaboy. Great games but the majority of the people will tirn off the 3d to play. Its a fail.
Both systems are good but the better system is... PS3. Free online network. Better exclusives. Blu-ray discs.(face it L.A. Noire looked subpar on the 360) Subtitles on Netflix. The reason people buy so many 360s are because they died faster and were cheaper.
Its cute and casual. Cool for some parties I guess but it isn't hardcore. Honestly though the gaming market hasn't been aimed at the hardcore guys for awhile.
PSPGo showed that DD is a horrible idea. How many times have you bought a game got tired of it quickly and traded it will the price was still high? Well forget that with DD//it would be a console killer. As for which service is better PSN or Live...PSN..if only for the reason that you are not being ripped off. Paying 50 bucks a year is just sad when other systems offer it for free.
