like i dont understand, for some reason i dropped about 13%  and have to start doing the points back up like whats going on.

I should be now at level 20 and 67% but i am now at level 20 and 50% like whats going on with agmespot.  Frankly i think that the mod emblem shouldnt have been invented or used but only used for officers. Just a shame that some people have to start from a far away point as they have worked hard to get to where they needed.
