Hi folks please anyone - I am looking for an easy hopefully free software that will convert my ogg/omg files to recognizable 360 files. I converted my .avi files with Videora to mpeg4 with no problem but unfortunately videora doesn't do omg/ogg. Any ideas?

Of course, it's the parents fault, but just like drugs and gambling (and my god do I love my video games and will say this anyway), MMORPGS are less than wholesome.

A couple just got officially charged with leaving their 2 infant children near death from malnourishment because they were too busy addicted to D&D online to feed their children.

People think ports are such a great thing, but I think it often cheapens the quality of games, and cheapens the consumers satisfaction. Because money is involved game developers have other agendas but ideally it would be great if they would focus on how to make a game function optimally on just one system, because most multi-platform ports have disparaties. Also, ports with different "content" is equally aggravating because nobody wants to buy 3 versions of Oblivion, one for Oscuro's mods, one for live downloads, and one for the included Knights/Nine expansion, and it leaves the consumer wanting...."Oh I bought this version which has this, but if I had gotten the other version I could have gotten that". This is actually for a different forum topic but oh well. Is it just me or has it gotten easier for money to fly out of your wallet than 10 years ago?

I have both systems and Im not a fanboy, but I like to make an educated purchase and if a game is better on one console, you better believe that's the version want to get. Can anyone think of any good conspiracy theories for why Gamespot would have revamped their review system? I'll be surprised if this forum lives, but I would be interested in hearing your opinions. Not that Gamespot would ever be in the tank for anyone, butsomething fishy occurred to me as I was trying to decide whether I should buy The Darkness for the 360 or the PS3. Suppose the PS3 version would have received a 9 on graphics and on the 360 only an 8. Well, now we'll never know which console version to buy because they both received "Graphics Medals".

I originally bought 100 dollar monster cables for my TV and PS3. I am already familiar with people who swear buy cheap mono--whatever cables, please do not reply if you are going to tell me to buy the cheap cables. I went to best buy and saw a new addition of "PS3 specific" hdmi cables, and asked the clerk about them. He said Monster cables dont "format the picture right". There were several cables made by React and Nyko (60 bucks) and Cyclone or something (99 bucks) The Cyclone had a more damage resistant cable but all were hdmi 1.3. I bought the Nyko cablebased on the clerks recommendation and compared it to my monster cables, and could not tell the difference with my eyeballs. HDMI cables are not graphics cards I was not sure what differences to look for (not that I could see any). I tried both cables with The Darkness, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, and Super Stardust HD. Are there any games where I would see a noticeable difference with the "PS3 specific" HDMI cable, or should I just return it to the store?
