I bought my PSP from Best Buy back in October. I want to return my PSP because its faulty (its the system, not my fault), but its obviously past the 30 day return policy.
Heres my Question:
Can I take it back to Best Buy and exchange it for a new one?
first things first. 1. i am hooking up my psp to my computer via a usb cable. 2. i took out the battery for a minute or two than rebooted the system...same thing happened, no music. 3. I saved all my psp files to my computer hard drive. 4. I formatted my mem card 5. Same thing happened, my mp3s wont work. 6. Once the songs were on my psp, i opened up the file on my comp and tried to play it and yet it is still messed up. 7. I tried copying my game saves back onto my reformatted psp and the game saves wont load....it says corrupt file on my psp. all my game saves are gone. 8. I dont know what else to do.
I dont know. I bought the daxter bundle a month ago, so its the memory card that came with it. Game saves work well and i can get photos on it, just not music or video. Its really weird though. thanks for the help
I can't seem to successfully put mp3s on my psp. Everytime i try, the psp plays the song for about 30-50 seconds and than stops or cuts into another song that i put on the psp...basically a corrupt file. Its everytime. Its not just songs i downloaded either, I'm trying to put songs from my cd collection as well. I'd ask help for video too, but I'd like to get the music part down first. I downloaded dvd decrypter and video player 9 and still cant get video on my psp. But forget video. If i knew putting music or video on a psp would be such a pain in the ass, i never would have bought the psp. I would have just stuck with my iriver clix. Thanks to anyone that can help
