2012 had a lot of good games, but none of them had great retail appeal. This is the worse year in retail for games with 25% decrease year to date in software sold and 33% drop in hardware.

Time periods before the 1st Crusades wouldn't work, since Templars weren't commission yet by the pope.

Overall I would prefer the game to take place in Europe or Asia, but not Japan.
