You can go ahead and call this my wishful thinking selection. We all know that Animal Crossing is in development for Wii. We also know that it's been underway for a good deal of time. I'm hoping Nintendo will go ahead and pull back the curtain on the project at E3 2008 and that we'll be lucky enough to have it in hands by the end of the year. (It's pretty optimistic, but why not?) A more fleshed out city structure, DS and Wii compatibility, Mii integration, and, of course, a robust online mode are all musts for this anticipated sequel. Rumors abound suggest that Animal Crossing may land on Wii as a massively-multiplayer online game.
