Has anyone else noticed that Gamespot clearly does not care to review Wii games. Sure there are fewer AAA titles and releases overall but please games go for months without comment. How is it possible that it took 2 months to review Tiger Woods?!!! 2 months almost to the day! That was a premiere release! Gamespot you are failing me badly!
I have to agree with this thread. I have basically stopped reading the GS Wii reviews, their standard for gaming is so vastly different than mine, or any other review site, that it has become worthless. Especially the reviews of VC or WiiWare titles. Every WiiWare game has been panned for 'lack of content' or 'short.' Of course they are shorter and less detailed than other games!! They have to be less than 50mb! PLEASE! Oh and they cost at most a 1/3 of the price of regular games.
But even the regular Wii releases seem to be lower than other sites. To be honest I think that GS reviewers are constantly comparing Wii titles to the 360 and PS3. I love Wii, but I know I will never have the graphical detail of those systems. Everyone knows that so why knock every title that may be excellent in what it does as a Wii game simply because it is not on the 360 or PS3.
