Buyer beware: Look for a different brand. Bought one from them and it arrived defective (right D pad direction didn’t work 100% of the time). Requested a refund and returned it. They refunded partial stating there was nothing wrong with it and charged me a restocking fee. Thank goodness I took a video of the problem to prove it. Only way I got all of my money back.

In case anyone was wondering, anyone who has unlocked it can select it as their weapon to load in with (mind the cooldown timer). You can drop it for a squadmate and as long as they extract with it, it’ll unlock for them too. We beat the chemist once and then did this trick to unlock for the other 2 in the squad.

For anyone on the fence, do NOT buy a Scuf controller.

I bought one and received it defective. Decided that it wasn’t worth the hassle for such an expensive product to be faulty, so I returned it. They tried to tell me it worked fine and tried to charge a restocking fee.

Luckily I saved a video of the defect and argued with them until they gave me a full refund.

Horrible quality control, horrible warranty (only 6 months), and scummy return policy practices.

Their customer service was fine, but having to argue to get all my money back leaves me wondering how many people they screw over with their policies.

@Atzenkiller: One recent example is Astro's Playroom for PS5. I barely managed to complete the game, but it was a frustrating experience.
