can a P4 2.66ghz 1gb ram and radeon 9600 pro run this game with Shadow Quality disabled, Specular Map enabled, Texture Quality on High and Soften Smoke Edges Disabled??

Can anyone here tell me how this game will perform on my rig (don't really think it qualifies as one): Pentium 4 2.66ghz (Single Core) 256MB ATI RADEON 9600 PRO 1GB RAM www.systemrequirementlab.com states that my graphic card isn't supported. Is it true? Because on Steam it says Radeon 9600 as minimum..
