Oh, almost forgot what my original post was going to be: Duke Nukem definately deserves to be on this list, but is it just me or doesn't dude remind you more of Arnold than Van-Damme? Also, given the current state of affairs I'm surprised Splinter Cell (the original) isn't on the list.
