I'll take an Airship. It would have to be the Ragnarok or the Invincible, not sure though.

Ultimate Weapon FF7. While not the hardest boss he is in my opininon the coolest.

I agree, we need more FF9 in Kingdom Hearts. They could do Terra as a world.
