Hmm... I'm not a fan of most of the rock bands that hit the charts, but there are a few bands that sorta fit in the Shinedown mold. Like Skillet, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, 3 Days Grace, 3 Doors Down, Flyleaf, etc.

A lot of times I hear people comment that they have to work on their backlog. Do you have a gaming backlog, and if so, what games does it consist of? While you're at it, you may as well list the next game you plan on purchasing (if any).
Personally, I've already played all my games, but I would like to spend some more quality time with Sins of a Solar Empire before making any more purchases. The next game I'll probably get is Mass Effect, although I'm waiting for both price drops and patches.

I have been reading military fiction/non-fiction for over 20 years and have a library of several hundred books.
This is by far the grittiest most miserable memoir ever written. One of those books that you are kind of quiet after reading and takes away any thoughts about war being an adventure. Shows the utter misery and depravity that German Wehrmacht suffered on the Eastern Front.
EDIT: There has been a lot of controversy over whether Guy's story is true or not. Academics question a lot of inaccuracy's within the book. However, most german soldiers say that it is true and that the details he got wrong are inconsequential and easily forgotten.
