@suicidesn0wman: It seems like they have added matchmaking to pretty much everything else. Almost like an FU to Bungie. If they keep this trend, I am sure there will be matchmaking.
@Fartman7998: I hope you realize that they all do it. SONY and Bungie bent xbox owners over a rail with destiny content. They held it exclusive for a year. Destiny had so little content to begin with. And Xbox owners were their bigger player base to boot. So yeah, you only trolling yourself by waiting
@azus_x There is plenty of material out there to showcase the game thus far. Environmental damage is too impressive to actually make it to launch imo. Must be being demo'd on high end rigs.
@zerohournow @alexanian "it doesnt get good until max level" is a canned answer from most of the mmo community. That unfortunately was not true about destiny. Although, I like to admit that VoG was really fun.
Endgame has to be a focus if you want to maintain your player base after the campaign is ended. Making it accessable to casuals is where lies the problem. And balancing what it takes to make it casual without destroying the achievements for the hardcore is the rub.
Destiny didnt have enough variety to its quests/dailies. making the grind very repetative. If Ubi can give enough variety to common missions and has ample "dungeon" material. It will be good.
SO many players sitting on standby after the destiny debacle just dying to give it another try online with their friends. This could be where we all land
