By the looks of it, I always thought this game used the same engine as Phantom Pain, because the gameplay is similar, while PP requires Intel Core i5-4460.
I don't understand intel processors that much, but is the i5-3470 older than i5-4460?

Because if it is, then I think I can play this game on my dual core. :)

So wait a minute, Remake chapter 1 is 40 hours long but still ends after the last Boss battle in Midgar?
I thought it would follow the same direction as the Discs on the original.
I'm not complaining about how much it takes to finish the game, but how in the original we would at least spend 8 hours in Midgar before the world map, and still have a lot to do throught Disc 1.
It's too bad they could not stick to the original Disc/Chapters format, but I understand as this is a re-imagination and has new content, backstory and also possible cut content from the original.
I'm still interested on the next Chapter.

I'd rather have the originals CV and Outbreak ported, like the Sourcenext versions of RE2 and RE3 to Steam and any digital store they want, because they are perfect as it is, and I'm sure they are still playable on any PC or Laptop, regardless of the requirements.
