Resident Evil 4 had me jumping in my seat quite often. It completely scared my 14 year old sister and I was only at the begining of the game before you get to any really creepy, mutated zombies.Sole_
I agree with you, I haven't completed the full game yet because i'm stuck on the level with the giant but I does make you jump.
