Hi, I'm new to this site, so don't be too prejudiced when you read this blog. What can I say, I'm 14, and I chose to sign up for gamespot because of all of the cool features it has. Such as: player reviews, and RPG like setup, a social network, reviews on all of my favorite games, and a lot more. Since today is the last day of 2008, I would just like to recap on all that happened this year.

1. The Nintendo Wii outsold the X360 and Ps3.

2. Little Big Planet came out

3. The X360 introduced DP points or whatever they're called.

4. The economy is still in a rut.

5. Playstation Home came out, but it isn't as great of an online experience.

6. This year was pretty much bland in technological developments. Nothing was more exciting than Windows Vista and Apple's Iphone.

New Year's Resolutions: Hoping that Ps3 sells more, has more games, and stops relying on its software and graphics as compensation for online play because graphics and software are both novelties compared to storyline, characters, controls, and amusement.
