So I was trolling around on other websites and stumbled upon this.

I thought it was funny, so I figured I'd share it with the GameSpot community

as long as you know your priorities then you should be able to game all life raylewisnfl52

what he said. just as long as it doesnt get in the way of your duties as a father and husband, its no big deal. there will always be people out there who dont see videogames as a viable medium, and therefore look down on us adults who still play videogames. Just keep playing as long as you enjoy it

They are letting it go without being answered for the exact reason that you are proving right now. People are talking about it, you are talking about it, it is in the front of people''s minds. They arent worried about people getting upset because its HALO, and the fan base is strong enough, they only have to dangle the carrot in front of our faces...

I can't say that i have been all that impressed with Treyarch's work. Not to mention that I am pretty sick of teh same old generic WW2 (or whatever the time period) shooter. there's just not much innovation occurin in those types of games. Who knows though, maybe Treyarch will make me eat my words and pull something out. But I wont be pre-ordering it

I do understand that there are those people out there which take WoW and other MMORPG's(I will use WoW as the title for the generic MMORPG) to the extreme, but there are those people for every game. I think that the reasons that we hear more about those which are obsessed aout WoW are the immense world-wide fan basis of the game, and the very nature of the game, in that it is a constant stream of content to keep teh palyers interested. But I dont think that we can judge the game on the small minority of players of it. Most of the people who play the game have successful lives outside of it, and simply play the game because it is a fun and ever-changing game. I'm sorry to hear about your buddie's bro, but its like the cases where people blamed GTA for "forcing" them to kill other people. Gamers all argued that GTA should not be blamed for these few unstable people doing stupid things. How is WoW any different?

Edit- and I had heard that Huxley got cancelled...

I agree that they will keep up somewhat with the movies. Sadly... But the movies have been pretty hit and miss, and the game, well, we all know how bad that was.

yeah the SP was alright, but I also bought it for the MP. Sadly I was very disappointed with it, I think that I built it up in my mind too much before hand... so i sold it back...

I highly doubt it. Even though I really wish that someone would whip EA's a$$ for putting out the same crappy game every year. Im only hoping that Backbreaker will make a dent in EA's profit (because thats all they care about) and force them to finally make a productive change to the game...
