I dont have a budget, well i was thinking to get the A40`s for pc/ps3 use, but then ive read some reviews that its not good for the pc side...

lets say around 300$ but if its a great product i might go even a bit higher.

btw i got a z77 extreme4 board so that will tell you what builtin soundcard i got ;)

----

about the usb soundcard, arent pci / pcie interface ones better because they dont go trough usb etc, just a direct connection ?

thanks for the replies so far :)

I just built a new gaming rig, and I got a good build in sound card, and later on thinking on getting a real soundcard, maybe the HT l Omega eClero or smth, any suggestion for soundcard ?

but the actual topic here, headphones, what headphones should i buy for gaming on pc, well pure gaming, but if i could listen to music on them connected to ma pc, that would be cool too...

gaming headphone suggestion, a mixamp needed ?

I just bought a del s2330mx and set my monitor to the settings on this site :http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/48942-dell-s2330mx-23-led-monitor-review-9.html

- used custom color mode
- ensured dynamic contrast was off
- lowered the brightness to 35 (which resulted in a 124 cd/m2)
- lowered Red to 86
- lowered Green to 78
- lowered Blue to 82
- Slightly adjusted windows gamma setting to correct for gamma
- All other settings left to default levels

how do I close dynamic contrast ratio, how do i adjust the gamme to 2.20

thanks...
